Caitlin Manoharan has shown off her incredible speaking abilities with a very commendable first attempt at the Area 24 Table Topics and Humorous Speech contest run by Sydney Speakers very own Area 24 Director, Phillip Agripanidis.
Caitlin Manoharan received a second place in the Table Topics contest. Donald Zhang was the Toastmaster and his question was “What would you like more of?” Caitlin Manoharan responded with a humorous answer on her height. David Klemm from Bel Air at Maroubra came first with Sandy Jackson from Skyline Speakers third. Congratulations on second place, a job well done.
Caitlin Manoharan was also in the Humorous Speech contest where she placed first!!! Yes, it was very exciting to see the result. Her speech was slightly modified after the evaluation session last week and the enhancements enabled the speech to be even better. Congratulations on a fantastic result. Sandy Jackson from Skyline Speakers was second and Tom Bizannes from Bel Air third.
George Pajmakoski was a Sergeant-at-Arms and Counter and Aaron Ross was also a counter, so Sydney Speakers was well represented on the night, with Caitlin
Manoharan’s husband along for further support. All in all it was a great night with lots of success.
