What can we do during LOCKDOWN?

From the No. 202 Meeting Recap: Great SYD has been in Lockdown for 1 month, during the meeting everyone shared the tips about how to stay positive:

  • Stay Connected (Like us! Toastmaster online speech regular meetings)
  • Do Exercise (Some members do some walks around suburbs, etc)
  • Explore new things to learn-cooking, a new language etc

During the epidemic, many friends only play mobile phones and games, but ignore a lot of things that would allow them to learn, grow, be healthy, harmonious, improve their abilities, and make money. Here are some extra tips besides the sharings:

 1. Smile in the mirror for 5 minutes every day.

 2. Have a family concert and sing together.

 3. Look through the old photos at home and share those past with your family.

 4. Draw a picture for each of your friends and imagine the characteristics of each of them.

 5. Use social networks to get to know a stranger, learn about his life status and how to deal with him, and delete friends from each other after the epidemic is over.

 6. Play some interesting games like the "Number Reading" game.

 7. Find one or two directors you like, and watch some of his works from beginning to end.

 8. Develop a route map for your next trip.

 9. Think deeply and meditate before getting up in the morning.

 10. Try to retell a story from a different perspective.

It is a hard time, but it is a time for us to do some review and learn new things!
